So what I am about to write is the exact reason I tell people not to do what I do. <br><br>Today, all I had to eat was a protein shake for breakfast, a foot long veggie sub for lunch and then and the oatmeal for supper. In total that's probably around 1200 calories which is NOT enough. I'm going to have some beer now (because I just killed a huge presentation on same sex vs mixed sex views of sexual desire and communication) so that will add to the cals. But still, I'm awful. <br><br>As for today's work out, it was chest day. This is arguable one of my favourite days because it's pretty easy. <br><br>5 sets of incline bench 12 reps each.<br>I like to do a pyramid thingy where I start with a lower weight and work my way to a peak and then back down. For example, my first set was 65lbs, then 70lbs, then 75lbs, the back to 70, and then 65.<br>(That's how i do all my sets)<br><br>5 sets of incline flies 10 reps (40,45,50,45,40)<br><br>5 sets of Bench press 10 reps (125, 155, 185, 155, 125)<br><br>5 sets dips 15 reps (body weight)<br><br>5 sets of push ups 15 reps but it went down to 10<br><br>4 sets of Cable flies which were a bit of a mess honestly, because I was really tired at this point. <br><br>Oh!!!! Also I ran on the treadmill for 10 mins cause I'm shit at cardio and I want to get better!<br><br>That's all for today!
