I am officially living with my parents again for a bit so I have been packing, and unpacking, and organizing, uuuugghhhhh. Anyway. So today was abs and cardio day and rather then try and describe my ab routine I found it online. If you haven't heard of ab ripper x, I highly recommend it. It's really hard at first but it gets easier. Currently I'll do it twice. It's the first thing I do when I get to the gym and then I follow it up with 3 mins of cardio. Today I did the elliptical for 15 and the bike for 15. Then after my cardio I try to do the ab ripper again. I usually can't get through it all, but it really solidifies the burn! I had a cliff bar and a protein shake fore breakfast, vegetable soup and a kale salad for lunch, ass loads of kettle corn for a snack, and veggie pasta for supper!
