I was shoulder and ab day, which I don't actually think is a good combo, but whatever. Shoulder was exactly the same as last time because I actually use my own patreon posts for motivation and consistency. Weird. So it was 4 sets of seated shoulder press with Dumbbells 10 reps (45,50,50,50) --- 4 sets of standing shoulder press with barbell 10 reps (80,80,80,80) --- wide grip push-ups 4 sets 15 reps ---5 sets of shoulder shrugs 15-12 reps (65, 70,75,70,65)--- 6 sets of lateral raises 12 reps (20, 20, 15, 15, 20, 15). Oh, and I also did 20 mins of walking. ---- Food: this was a bad day for food. I started off strong, peanut butter oatmeal for breakfast, a protein shake after the gym, I made a huge salad for lunch, and then I went out for dinner. I ate so many bread products. I had a roll, I had flat bread with chutney and hummus, I had a cheeseless pizza, soft pretzels, popcorn, more grilled flat bread. Kill me. As I am writing this, I have already done an hour of cardio at the gym. I feel like dumpster fire! Weeeeeeeee! But, hey... no subway.
