Olympians are not very fond of the older gods like the Aesir and Asgardians. They consider them to be savage brutes. Unsophisticated, uncultured, primitive. In other words, Olympians are very arrogant, conceited and narcissistic.

But that's not the only reason why Hera and Frigg do not like one another. Frigg is vastly more powerful and intelligent than Hera could ever hope to be. And it is one of the many reasons why Hera loathes Frigg.
