All the animation for this is finally complete. Ended up being a lot bigger of a project than I expected, and I tried out a lot of different things that I'll be incorporating in future animations. That being said, it still took way too long to get to you all, especially since I still need to get the voice work done for it and then implement it. So, I'll double my efforts so I can get longer animations like this to you all on a more regular basis.

// complaining about video editing starts here lmao

I also had a lot of issues handling the video editing side of things for this one. For starters, usually I export large animations like this as a gif, increase the pixel size to 10x, and then throw it into Sony Vegas to start editing. Even when the gifs are more than 150mb like this one and Mythra's NNN part 2, it's usually fine once it's in the editor. But this time around, every time I put it in the editor, Sony Vegas would either freeze or just outright crash. So I had to break it into 3 chunks and then bring them in, but they would still crash Vegas. I could barely render it let alone do any future editing for sounds. So I had to pre-convert the gifs to MP4s using cloud converter, and then everything worked out well.

But I was then getting a weird ghosting effect when I finally rendered the vid. Basically, the frames were blending together and it made everything look like it was smeared in vasoline or those digitally altered AI "60 frame animations" . I actually spent the last 2 days racking my brain trying all the different settings on what could be causing it. At first I thought it was just because the animation had simpler and more complex parts like the beginning with Pyra and Mythra talking to you vs where you're actually fucking them. But I didn't have that issue with Pyra or Mythra's NNN animations, so that didn't make sense. I even tried using the previous setting and also re-rendering Mythra's NNN part 2, but I didn't notice any issues. I finally just ended up trying to google the problem and it turns out fixing it was as easy as right-clicking the videos int he editor and changing a switch setting lol I felt pretty stupid but at least the video is done and I can fix it whenever I see it in the future lol

// rant over

Anyway, besides my belly-aching, I'm glad how it turned out. And I know what to avoid and fix for future animations. I'll try to get it voiced by PixieWillow soon, but I'm not sure how free she will be for the Holiday season, so it might be pushed to January. I will keep you all posted.
