Fun fact about the manga. One, the mangaka used to be Chainsaw Man mangaka's assistant, so the insane lineage is definitely there. Second, before he created Dandadan, he was told by his editor to read a lot of Shoujo manga so he could create characters with emotional depth. So I find the talk about Chainsaw Man, and romance to be so coincidentally spot on.
