Just something I wanted to point out, transmutation only affects your Aura, it is changing the properties of your Aura(not other objects neccesarily), one thing you can say is an exception is Water Divination, but that's just an Aura type test, it's meant to react that way to differing types of Aura, it's not the person actually transmuting the water to make it sweeter. Also objects that are transmuted can only be seen by nen users.

Two things to bring up: 1) Most of Killua's family likes and cares for him. It's Killua who has issues with some of them. 2) How and why Hisoka does what he does and how he's going to get out of this is in this episode if you look closely enough. Any good trickster knows that a half-truth is better than a complete lie. Most of the Phantom Troupe suspects Hisoka of being up to no good, he might as well play into that, especially since his real fortune said he wouldn't be with them for much longer. Also, notice a distinct change that he made in regard to what really went down between him and the chain user, and he cut out the part about Uvo entirely. If you have some good deductive skills, you can tell what it is he's doing.
