never saw this show cause the 3d turned me off when it first aired, im happy that they are full length so i can watch it for the first time with the bros

Not sure if Caleb and Jacob are reading this, but may be interested to know that the technique that Citrus used on this 3D anime was borrowed from early Pixar films. The basic gist of it was that after 3D animators did their first pass on the animation, a skilled traditional keyframe artist would draw over the resulting frames, creating animation guides that the 3D animators would then try to match. The result is so smooth and comfortable. I can't wait to see more from this team.

You guys keep picking perfect shows to react to. I fell of this show and After the Rain, so I am so happy to jump back in and watch along with ya'll! Fun Fact I was in Japan when this show was airing, so I was actually able to watch a few episode as they aired.

Yeah I don't know, the translators notes from the 1st official manga issue says that Adamant has similar meaning to the Japanese word Kongo, but it's hardly a direct translation, and even then translating someone name is weird. Also from what they said at the end it sounds like this sub is using gendered pronouns, which is a whole other issue.

I love this show and I'll take any chance to re-watch it. Fun fact: the director of this learned how to blend 2D and 3D animation by doing the first 2 seasons of Love Live and the first movie. By the time he got to the movie it got really hard to tell when it switched between the two.
