The biggest problem with this show is that its half anime only. They took some elements from the manga and rearranged into the most limp dick way possible.

i think it'd be interesting, after the anime is fully finished, if you guys read the manga and talked about how its adapted. Seeing how manga readers and anime onlies have taken this season has been a sight to say the least

I'm down to watching the bros roast the story telling in episodes 4+. Lots of bad writing and I bet they'd be able to point out the exact types of story writing principles the writers go against (and go against in a bad way).

Original animes have a bad record of rarely or never outperforming the manga counterpart. FMA, fate stay night and Fuuka comes to mind. What I will hate is if the bro's image of TPN is tarnished because of the anime, because for all its flaws and minor problems, the manga still reached a pretty good closure. The side stories chapters that came out weeks after were gold.
