Hachiman was the one who gave Yukino the blue light glasses. Her not using them (or rather, refusing to use them) is a really desperate way of proving to herself that she's not relying on him.

i really love all the iroha content in this episode. the conversation between hachiman and iroha is one of my absolute favorites--how she's so serious and worried about what his intentions are going in, but once he says he wants to take responsibility she's like "oh, that's not a confession, that's fine, i'll let that happen" and her entire demeanor changes....only for it to wind up basically turning into a confession anyway. also, i'm not sure if you guys caught this, but after the post-credits scene there's an extra little iroha monologue that is an absolute delight

The glasses were a present from Hachiman. Presumably her decision to not use them is a form of her not wanting to depend on Hachiman in any form or fashion.

" there's an extra little iroha monologue that is an absolute delight" While I really like that monologue as well, I'm pretty sure that technically that monologue is the "next episode preview".
