I've been waiting for this moment for years, watching in secret as reactors get attached to Jotaro, just waiting for my favorite Part, Stone Ocean, to come in and shoot the shit out of him in the first five episodes, I am so satisfied with this, and excited for everything to come in Stone Ocean

That's why I love Part 6 so much. So many subversions, from the entire point of the story to mini things and the existence of characters and what we know about Stands. I love how Jotaro in a sense is built as this "anti-simp" character who tells women to shut up and calls them bitches and then he becomes a dad and has a daughter who hates his guts and roasts the ever-living shit out of him. The anime really toned it down by cutting a few lines because the verbal lashing she gives him in the manga is savage. And even though it's such a small thing, because he finally tells her that he cares about her and she eventually realises he was trying to shield her from danger, I just love that small detail of him being a bad father to a daughter, because of course she would be a girl and the first Jojo
