the beast can break the wall though, its not as hard as the crystals are, we see him and Reiner put their fingers into it to climb, also the colossal has broken it many times.

A little bit of recap is fine. Too much recap breaks the tension and brings you out of the moment. I understand why it was used here; they were trying to pad the episode out so they could end on a specific beat, but could have cut it back a bit and pad out run time in other ways.

As for me recap wasn't so bad. After all it had aditional scenes and took only 2 minutes at max, plus I think that recaps with certain parts are better than those, who try to remind you whole episode, so it was handled with care, unlike some other shows. I can see how it could be frustrating however.

guys the recap was like 2 mn at the beginning then 45sec with magath and reiner. Plus they obviously wanted the episode to stop at the right moment it happens sometimes u still got 18mn left without op and ed, 30% recap is a bit much lol

I think the syncing timer got slightly screwed up after the opening, I think it was about 8-10 seconds ahead of where the reaction footage was
