I was fiening for this like a crack head. Lol

DAINTHEMANE

I normally watch these on my lunch break, but I guess dinner works too.

Andrea Andrew

Kokoa actually didn’t date Raizen in the original Japanese or the manga. She is frustrated that Raizen stopped fighting because of a human, but only because she’s a battle hungry demon who was never able to beat Raizen.

Ruben Lopez

I prefer this version. It was hilarious seeing Raizens old booty call lol

Andrea Andrew

Doesn’t really count as a booty call in my opinion since it’s a dub only line. I prefer her being just a tsundere wife to Enki.

Ruben Lopez

Hate to break it to you, but the dub is more popular than the original. Lol so I think the majority is probably on my side. But good 4 you.

Andrea Andrew

What side? There is no competition. More popular? They are both popular, and the original nor the dub aren’t better than one another. The original does have decades old performances as opposed to rookie voice actors at that point who are dedicated to mistranslated dialogue and pointless stereotypical accents (this isn’t bad, but it’s accurate to call it mistranslated and the accents don’t add anything). Also, Togashi wrote the Japanese manga, that is the most popular and has a much better ending, that was translated to the anime.

Christopher Jackson

There is no competition, but you are being defensive- just saying. The English dub adds flavor to a lot of dull/forgettable moments in the original, this make for a more fun experience, and when I watch something for entertainment "fun" is the most important aspect. This Kokoa is much more fun than the manga's. If Togashi wrote the English dub it would be horrible, and I speak English- so bada bing. I aint hating you though young Singer, you like what you like.
