The reason Benimaru now has an army of Ogres is actually because of Rimuru's awakened demon lord evolution giving powers to all the monsters he named. Almost all of the Hobgoblins who were the main military force commanded by Benimaru evolved into Ogres.

The super ass long dialogue is so boring. It is just back to back dialogue with nothing else. Only good thing is Shion gets more screen time here

The animation of the Army Transportation is among my favorite scenes this session ... As for Bennimaru having a team of Ogers this is something that is skipped but basically a result of the gifts from the Harvest festival ... and the fact that Goblins are a devolution of Ogers basically, so when the goblins that served Beni were given their gift their desire to be like Beni manifested in them evolving into Ogers .. that said its not as clearly described in the novel either at least at this time so its fine ... Well the episode does have an carry over issue from last episode, because of the changes the anime made Gazel and the other representatives are present for the paling session but they are nothing more than background props ... This is caused by the fact that in the novel and manga they are not present during this discussion ... You have: Elrad called the Tactician the Heroic King Gazel and basically the Guild Master and Spy Master of Blumind but none of them have anything to say during the planing of a military campaign even if its just evaluation or or ideas between themselves The worst part is that they have no reaction to Rimuru announcing he created a army transportation spell ... He basically declared he could occupy or at best for them besiege their capitals whenever he felt like it ... even if they trust him there is no way they would have not freaked out ...
