They're gonna love Part 7 when it gets animated

Edwin Knapp (With a hard K)

I see what will come What lies ahead I can prepare Follow the thread And I say to myself What a wonderful world Six JoJo's come and gone They're left behind What we've faced before Is all confined And we say to ourselves What a wonderful world The colors of his rainbows Unleashed inside the room Weathers final act Brought Pucci to his doom There are friends hitching rides So close to those that we knew This world of ours has begun anew You hear Arakis pen You watch his art You'll learn much more In the seventh part So now say to yourself "What a wonderful world"

no AOT today? :O

BirthdayParty

Extra poetic detail. The first thing we learn about Weather Report is that he likes sleeping inside the Grand Piano in Emporio's room. Where does Pucci spend his last moments?

only 30 mins?

As a Jojo fan who watch both animate and manga, I am afraid DP will fail us.

Perry C

Part 7 will be difficult to adapt in general. There are elements of it that will be very difficult to animate, many shots will have a lot of moving parts in them, and it is far longer than any part that has been animated so far. I think that, overall, DP has done an amazing job adapting the source material. I would say that part 5 especially is much better than the manga.

The breaks between episode batches didn't actually have much to do with the production difficulties. After all, they had a pretty reliable production model for years. The real reason is freaking Netflix and its greed. Netflix's managers now use this strategy sometimes - they deliberately stretch a season into batches with big breaks between them just because it lasts for longer but still legally counts as one project so they have to pay the animators only once...

Depending how long it takes for part 7 to get animated, they might have to read part 7 and 8

It's a common practice in the industry to be honest they assumed it. It's how they streamline the majority of their television series and movies too. Almost anything to have a weekly release it cannot be on Netflix at all.

Universe reset. Araki you sadistic mad genius.

This is what I was worried about. They immediately forgot what Pucci said about everything going BACK if he were killed there, back meaning where they originally were which means those are the original souls simply reborn in a timeline without Pucci, so parts 1-5 still happened as shown. I have no proper way of doing it myself, so I guess I can only hope somebody connected to them brings it up and move on. It's been fun. Here's the afterword from Araki to chew on https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-liTa9M14_ecEJLc1Z3enhrLTg/view?resourcekey=0-ubIv17eW12WQAWSjFQmzpQ

Lol if It didn't happen after part 4 it ain't ever gonna happen. Best to let it go

It's been a roundabout path...

I'd love it if they watched them. And SDC OVAs, too, they're fun, and that's not nostalgia speaking, as SDC ovas are very new to me. Though there's some, hmm, fake nostalgia possibly, or whatever one might call it? One's brain recongising smth as 'ooooh, childhood!' even when it's not? cuz I'm a very much 90s child, born in '87. Still, IMHO Stardust Crusaders OVAs are really neat, though not as good as anime series or manga. imho.

I literally said I'm letting it go. Excuse me for trying to be a little bit helpful.

Bravado

Come on, have David Productions failed us yet? Have they not put in the effort?

Marta Kira Ayanami

Don't worry, Timothy Williams. I just think it's better to say all you're saying on Discord. Otherwise, Jacob & Caleb won't see a thing.

Marta Kira Ayanami

eh, Netflix does some stuff weekly. For example "Vinland Saga", but well, that's not Netflix exclusive. Hmmmm.... right, I can't think of a weekly exclusive Netflix stuff. Voltron was in batches, which I didn't mind, since the batches were called seasons & I didn't think much of having to wait, it was just 'a wait between seasons for me' (though nowadays, rewatching, looking back at it, I maintain that "Voltron: Legendary Defender" does NOT have eight seasons at all, but instead, four seasons that some of them were distributed in halves, intentionally or not. It just makes more sense that way.)

Marta Kira Ayanami

Unless it'll be on a poll someday. Who knows? they might, in the years leading to part 7. Anything's possible in this world. XD

I still don't know what part of discord they see and interact with. It seems like a lot to look through,, I'm not sure where to look to find out where they go. I mean to some degree, but not where it would be appropriate to talk about a specific series (the only ones I see like that are the spoiler rooms). At very least I'd like to see the post-series conversation for myself. Could you please help me with that? Edit: I think I figured it out, thank you anyway for the understanding.
