Bonus Commissioned Render for Shakion (Patreon)

Members of the Aesthete tier get their name added to a pool to select a monthly image of their own design. For the longest time, we've never had someone at that tier.

However, we now have Shakion, who is the first Aesthete member - and thus, gets to specify the very first member commission. They have also graciously said that the piece can be shared with everyone...

So here we have Gwen and her husband Doug - apparently, the nanomachine treatment is hard at work.. or, at least, it's keeping Doug hard while he's working on Gwen...
