August 2022 HSS Summary (Patreon)

This month has been a busy one, so lets get into it. As always, thanks for all the support everyone!
Our Competitor and Champion tier patrons voted and in a relatively close vote, the 1934 Auto Union Type A was chosen to be imported in for next month, by a vote of 13 to 7 over the 1906 Itala 35/40 which received the second most votes.
Historic Sim Studios has contracted with Pasta as our dedicated skinner for our cars going forward. We are really excited about this collaboration, and if you've driven the 1924 Alfa Romeo P2 you've seen the quality of work he provides.
As part of a mid month update the 1937 Mercedes W25 streamliner will be getting a physics update, primarily focused on a brand new, built from the ground up, 1937 tire model. This will be accompanied by a set of Pasta developed 99.9% authentic skins (we are going to be using an X instead of a swastika in the flag on the car, however, we will also have a second version of Hermann Lang's winning car that will be 100% accurate available as a separate download).
Next month the revised 1934 Alfa Romeo, featuring brand new skins, new physics, and generally a complete revision of the car from top to bottom will be released alongside the 1934 Auto Union. The new version of the 1934 Mercedes W25 will also be released within the following weeks as well.
Finally, we have landed a contract with a professional simulation company to use the 1934 Mercedes W25 paired with a matching W25 simulator at some hillclimb events in Europe next year, this will be bringing in $1,000 which will be a nice boost to our revenue this coming month. We also finished up the 2022 generic NASCAR 3d model for Authentic Simulation, which I am sure they will do a great job importing and finishing up. I'm definitely looking forward to driving that in AC in a few months.
And that's all folks!
