Hello everyone! We will be hosting the first Historic Sim Studios Online Championship this weekend for all Champion tier patrons.

This first championship will not be carry over into the HSS Universe/Career that will be beginning next month, in April. However, we will be conducting the championship as if it was to be considered just to test things out and iron out any bugs.

All subsequent major HSS championship events will be tied into your HSS career. All HSS championship participants will earn (fictional) Respect. Respect is earned based on clean racing, race wins, participating consistently in races, and by being a solid respectable person in our fictional Historic Racing Universe. Respect will have a direct impact on the opportunities you will be presented with, for example Alfa Romeo approaching you to be their star driver.

I plan on starting with the 1923 season and racing through until the end of the 1930s. The HSS universe will continue to develop and unique storylines will naturally form.

This weekend, we will be racing the 0.97 version of the 1915 Ford Model T Speedster, see previous post. So make sure you have it downloaded and ready to go. The HSS server link is in the discord channel, which you will be able to view if you are a Champion supporter and have connected your discord account to your Patreon account. See attached photos for further details. Here is the link that will take you to the HSS discord: https://discord.gg/a6ErHsPhN6

Also previously posted are some polls which Champion supporters can respond to in order to help me determine the time(s) for the championship(s).

1. 1923 Sitges
2. 1907 Brooklands Mountain
3. 1910 Atlanta Speedway (substitution will be 1928 Opel Rennbhan if its not released yet)

What is the 1907 Brooklands Mountain track, where can I see this track?

I would also like to know. I own the Brooklands Classic Circuit with the high banks, but what is the Mountain track?

There was a mountain track at Brooklands which was a very short circuit that went around members hill but did not know there was a new track in development.
