Upcoming Releases

We have a major update to the 1926 Amilcar CGSS Voiturette coming this month, including its custom engine sounds, visual improvements, our first car with the Advanced Damage Physics being simulated, a talking riding mechanic, a ton more paint schemes, and we’ve also thrown on a supercharger (to match the supercharged version of the engine we captured the engine sounds from). Unfortunately, we are going to be pushing back the public release of the 1907 Itala 36/45 as I have identified a few things I would like to be fixed first. Other updates slated for this month include the 1902 Ford 999 custom engine sounds, visual improvements to the 1970 BRM P153, and also several more paint schemes for the 1932 Studebaker.

Car Development Department - 1994 Stockcar Thunder and 1916 American Champions

Our car development department has been hard at work finalizing the 1994 Stockcar Thunder set, as some of you may have noticed we have finished the 21 skins we are going to include in that pack. Check out that project’s discord channel to see lots of awesome shots of those paint schemes. We’ve also returned to working on the 1916 American Champions pack pretty heavily, and all of those cars are getting reworked, new AO maps, and I’m in the process of finalizing the physics. We are going to try and get the 1916 American Champions pack released before May, but no promises.

3d Modeling Department - 1937 Delahaye 135C

The 3d modeling department is now focused on the 1937 Delahaye 135C, which I’m proud to announce will be developed to the AAA quality needed for Assetto Corsa, Automobilista 2, GTRevival, and BeamNG. There is a photo in that project’s discord channel, and I’ll be posting a bunch more in the near future.

Sound Department - 1926 Amilcar CGSS Voiturette

We have finished up the new 1926 Amilcar’s sounds, which will be coming as part of a huge update for that car releasing sometime next month.

Track Development Department - 1915 Ascot Park

Our 1915 Ascot Park 1 mile dirt oval track is finished, and ready to be released into early access. This track is an awesome early american dirt track, and pairs perfectly with the 1915 Ford Model T Speedster.

Future Plans - Expansion of HSS Team

Last month we added three new members to the HSS development team Emerson Speed Racer will be working in the Track Development Department, while Tasking Flyer and Izan will both be working in the Car Development Department. Emerson has developed a couple of high quality Canadian tracks for Assetto Corsa which you can find on Racedepartment, Tasking Flyer has been part of the HSS community for awhile and started working on several 1930s Grand Prix projects before we decided to join forces, and finally Izan developed his own custom 1989 Group C car, which HSS has acquired the right to and will be improving the quality as well.

Next Month - 1915 Ascot Park, 1954 HSS Grand Prix, 1968 Nissan R381, or 1969 Porsche 917

We’ve already posted a poll on Discord under the "monthly polls" channel where you can vote for which project you would like to be released into early access. We have a pre-ww1 dirt oval, a vintage 1950s grand prix car, the final car in our JGT collection, and an early version of the Porsche 917.

REMEMBER

As a reminder, starting on January 1st, 2024, we will be going to one pricing tier at $5. ALL $2 tier subscribers will be grandfathered FOREVER into the all-inclusive Champion tier. You have 1.5 months to sign up at $2 a month, and then the $2 deal will be gone forever.

Thank you!

Finally, I want to thank everyone one of you who supports our mission to digitally recreate racing history one project at a time, your monthly support makes all of this possible! I look forward to chatting with you guys in our community discord.
