What would a VFE Archothec faction look like

What I mean is a faction that primarily uses Arcotech gear, like pacifiers, erasers, so on so forth. They also could use psycasts if you have royalty. Maybe with unique Arcotech weapons

I know we got VWE for tribals, but is there a possibility of VFE type mod for tribal/neolithic? There were many mods that made attempts at the concept, even dating back to alpha days, but they seem to be mostly buggy nowadays and generally there isn't one, centralized mod of good quality content.

Well Archotechs are gods, they have no need for weapons as they can just wipe you off the surface of the universe by just thinking about it. We currently have no plans for an Archotech faction in any way, shape or form.

We're getting Classical soon that is Neolithic tech level! A bit more organised and civilised tribals, so to say!

I think the Archotechs not having a shape or form is half the battle. You're already done with all the spriting! Now, you just need a random event that uninstalls the game if you align a bunch of dandelions wrong.

My word, that is kickass. I desperately want a sword duel between them and a rival pirate Warcasket in the middle of a battle . . . or a punch-out with a warwalker.

IDK what it does completely but I know I need it. The battles will be legendary! Looking forward to the info graphics and eventually to gameplay. (Since I see a couple comments on mod potential I shall shamefully plug an idea... Vanilla expanded Royalty? Sumthin that adds a few more events and quest or the like. The DLC is decent but I never really felt that stellarch and his kin were all that... Interesting?...

Only about 10% of people have royalty. The DLC is also very hardcoded and it’s almost impossible to expand any aspects of it. I’d be devoting resources to something with already a very limited audience, and because of how hardcoded it is I would be devoting even more resources than for a normal mod. I’m sorry, but I won’t be fixing Tynan’s mistakes for him.

Actually it's Starcraft 2 that initially inspired it. Then, whilst looking at possible designs, WH40K, Supreme Commander and Halo were big inspirations.

Trying to get every detail and no pause functionality - gaah. I'm assuming by the name Warcasket and the fact that a pawn cannot leave the platform whilst the Warcasket is being made this is essentially armor that the pawn cannot remove, or atleast must have the armor deconstructed in order to remove. It looks really cool - I hope that, assuming there will be a pirate faction or vanilla pirate expansion, we may also get to fight against other Warcaskets. Rimworld really needs more powerful factions to fight against that isn't just the Empire.

Oh yes you get to fight against warcaskets too. They spawn on Junkers. And... as for removal of the warcasket... it's a bit more hardcore. Think cutting off arms and legs to pry someone out kind of hardcore.
