Some minor changes (Patreon)

While we've put a lot of work into getting Patreon ready day 1, inevitably a few small things slip between the cracks. Some updates have been made to the $15 and $25 tier rewards. Chiefly instead of holding a sketch raffle for those patrons, they will instead be able to pick out a character that will then be part of a pool of characters to be drawn in a monthly sketch page, to then be voted on by fellow backers at those rewards tiers.
