And so, this AU story than spanned over 3 years comes to an end.
This comic was a labour (haha get it) of love, and one of the longest I've made! Taught me a lot, especially that I definitely have to split up working on longer comics. So many parts of this comic are my favourite, but despite being a struggle the coloured page is definitely one of my favourites as well!
I may do some doodles of what the lil kid ends up looking like, the kid ends up being a hybrid, being able to shift between being human and then a mer-person.

I'll post up after this one a post with the entire Mermay comic series from 2022-2024. So you can see how my art style changed and even improved over these 3 years!
