Do you want to know the story behind the Holy City of Azurola? Well, you aren't the only one. Dozens of generations ago, our city held the only church in our nation. And it was dubbed the Church of Azurola. It was the only place humans could find solid refuge from the Unholies that swarmed in the lands around it. Gorgons, werewolves, lamias, and even a few chimeras all made their way into the city for refuge from the wars and fights that broke out in what the humans call “The Unholy Land.” Vampires seemed to be the only kind of Unholy that stayed within the territory they were born from.

Other than those retched Valtlers. Somehow, they were given God’s protection and power in order to keep his Holy City safe. During the years that the city spent growing, the Valtler Family only grew stronger and more capable to keep the place protected from those that wished to harm it. Even now, there are three in the current generation that have power much stronger than the original. The one who God granted his power to. As the city grew, so did their strength. There’s even rumor that they know forbidden magic that none other than God Himself can use. How they have this magic, I do not dare to know. They wouldn’t be of use, anyway. God’s Divine Magic is not something that can be used without sacrifice.

Anyway, not only did they gain the power to protect the city, but they gained the power to protect both the humans and the unholies that live in that city. As well as the per to eliminate any that they deem need it. Though, that may just be there vampire instincts. And those out in the “Unholy Land” were left to just sit back and try to make things better for themselves in whatever way we could. It was a horrendous mistake in God’s plan. A simple miscalculation, but one that could ruin the fate of us Unholies forever.

Though, there is an answer to this problem! We Unholies have tried for generations to break the hold the Valtlers have with their power! I, your Queen, Stratilla Lynn, have been granted a power by God that, while is simple in its own right, has the power to end the Valtlers once and for all! I will get rid of God’s mistake in his city! And once that is done? We’ll take it for ourselves! It’s a small step, but it’s a step in the right direction to taking the land that is rightfully ours!

Of course, the three remaining Valtlers stand in our way of taking the Holy City. But, we will deal with them when the time comes. We will take them and murder them one by one in such a display that no one in Azurola will be able to unsee it. And when that time comes, I will appoint those who have proven their loyalty to me as rulers of the city while I move on to take other lands.
