174 The Scarlet Citadel (Patreon)

Here's a magocracy ruled city, the Scarlet Citadel. A city ruled by nine representatives of the nine important magical houses. The city is in the crater of a dormant volcano. The only way to get to the Scarlet Citadel is with teleportation methods using the sigil circles in the port of entry.

If you have no use for the legend, title and lore, I also included cropped versions of the illustrations with none of that. You can then repurpose this city as pretty much anything. There's also the B/W printer friendly I usually include, and the PDF with lore and general descriptions of the places of interest.
