In Relentless Blight, the characters stumble upon a terrible disease that assails the Western Forest, an elvish citadel in its depths, and all communities beyond the treeline. Since the forest is no longer safe to traverse, the characters are sent to find out what causes this problem. The first logical place to explore is the elven citadel.

The characters find out that the elves battle with the disease too. Most of them already talk about evacuating their home and running away to safer lands. Vada, however, believes that the current blight outbreak is connected with her sibling's burial place as he gave his life four centuries ago to contain the foul sickness. The characters must travel to the elvish crypt to find out what really is going on.

This is an adventure that takes the heroes to an elvish citadel assailed by a terrible debilitating sickness, pits them against blight-stricken monsters, and gives them the chance to save Western Forest and earn the elves' friendship.
