cinematic experience for sure, movies like this or avatar are defintely suited for the theater experience in a way that something like a john wick or upcoming movies like the fall guy or garfield like those you dont necessarily have to go out and see but movies like this its just too hard to pass up. Not every movie is meant for everyone, everyone experiences different things thats what makes the whole thing unique, like the batman I loved it my brother thought it was just fine, just the way things are sometimes :)

I am eating good tonight. Just finished watching Dune with you guys and now moving on to another creator I follow who just watched Andor episodes 4, 5, and 6. I think one of the key strengths is how big everything in this world feels. I didn't quite feel that from the 80's Dune or the mini-series that came out in 2000. For me it adds the extra weight to Paul's shoulders for what's to come. Nooooo, you can't take away my Oscar Isaac as Stephen Grant... but yeah, I think he would have made an excellent Reed Richards.

Wait, I think the fluid the Baron is soaking in is olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I had a memory of a fancy Italian place that mixed them at the table as a bread dip and it kind of looked like that bath.

Dudes! Dune 2 was awesome. Think I am going to try and see that 70mm print at the theater in Grossmont Center this weekend.
