Catra: Hey, where are you going?

Adora: Back to the woods. There's something I need to figure out.

Catra: What is wrong with you? You've been acting weird since we got back. 

Are you sure you're not brain damaged?

Adora: Look Catra, I know I saw something out there. It's ju- I just need to get 

another look. It feels important somehow.

Catra: Sounds good. Let's go.

Adora: No. I don't want you getting in trouble on my behalf. Just cover for me 

okay? I'll be back before anyone knows I'm gone.

Catra: Nuh-huh, no way. You are not letting me here to deal with Shadow 

Weaver’s wrath when she finds out you are gone. C’mon, let’s finish this 

nonsense before we both get in trouble.

They spot the glowing light and approach. Adora separates dense bushes and 

spots an luminescent sword in the clearing. They share surprised glances until 

Adora walks to the sword. 

Catra: What!? Don’t you dare to touch that!

Adora: Its… It’s weird, it feels like it’s calling me

Catra: I think a sparkling, talking sword is quite a good reason for not touching 

it! 

Ignoring Catra’s complains, Adora reaches to the sword.

Glimmer: HORDE SOLDIERS!! 

Bow and Glimmer: AHHHHH!!!! 

Adora runs to the sword and Glimmer banishes. She reappears on Adora’s 

back, trying to stop her from reaching the sword.

Glimmer: I got one!

Meanwhile, Bow tries to put an arrow on his bow, but Catra jumps on him with 

her claws out. She manhandles him by his neck. 

Catra: You better let her go, princess, or I’ll make Arrow Boy a new face! 

Glimmer frees Adora from her grasp, and Catra knocks Bow down, and 

Glimmer runs to him before he hits the ground. 

Adora takes the sword. 

Light Hope: Hello, Adora…

Adora wakes up. She is in a different place. Catra is screaming to the sparkly 

princess. 

Catra: What did you do to her?!

Glimmer: We? You weren’t supposed to be here in the first place! You steal our 

sword, hurt my friend and have the nerve to blame us for your friend losing her 

shit? 

Catra: We didn’t want your stupid sword! And it’s not even yours, we found it 

first!

Catra feels Adora standing up, still holding the sword. She looks around, 

nervous, like she heard something. 

Catra: Adora! Are you ok? What the hell happened to –

A giant insect-like creature pops out of the earth

Bow: Watch out! 

All: (Yelling) 

They run but the beast it’ s too closet to them. 

Catra: How you princesses have this fucking creature as a weapon?

Glimmer: It’s not ours! Can’t you see they are attacking us too? 

Glimmer throws a series of glitter bombs at the creature, and it whacks her into 

a tree. She slumps on the ground and Bow aims an arrow. The beast flings Bow 

into a tree trunk and Adora looks at the sword. Glimmer kneels and shoots 

glitter bombs as the beast draws near. Catra jumps on the beast and draws a 

deep scratch on their face.

The beast charges toward her and she fumbles the sword. Adora picks it up and 

lifts it above her head. A flashing beam of light radiates from the blade.

Light Hope: Adora. Adora. Adora.

Light Hope: Will you fight for the honor of Grayskull?

Adora: For the honor of Grayskull!

A white light flashes and a warrior princess with flowing long hair stands before 

a bug-like creature. The creature kneels and Glimmer and Bow watch nearby.

Bow: Glimmer?

Glimmer: Yeah, I see her, Bow.

Bow: Okay. I wanted to make sure it wasn't just me.

Catra, who also was watching in haze at the celestial-like woman that Adora 

has turned into, pulled out of her reverie, and grabbed Glimmer by her cape. 

Catra: What did you do to her???! 

Glimmer: What do you mean what did 'I' do to her?

Catra: I didn't know being a princess was contagious! She even has a fucking 

tiara!
