It is time to get your questions in for this months recorded audio AMA. It will be Mike and Casey hosting the AMA this time round. Fire away! We will likely be recording late next week. So plenty of time to think up some questions.

Hey all, being quite new but having (binge) listened to every podcast and AMA, perhaps the mods -to save time- should start the AMA sessions with a short recap of all the repeat questions. The story that most affected us, the story we couldn't or wouldn't cover, the story that made us cry, the story that inspired us all, the reason Casey won't reveal his real identity, etc etc. ;) Having said that; the question I have is would Casey consider doing Audio Books? I mean, let's face it, it's the voice and delivery (not to minimize the writing and researchbof course) that makes Case Files unique. So much so, I (and I'm sure others too) listened to some episodes (I didn't care much for) only because I found the narration so addictive...

Hi Casey and Mike! I listen from Mary-land 😋 I love the way you say it, Casey! Here we actually pronounce it Mare-land....we don't pronounce the "y". Anyway, my question is, are you and your team doing this podcast as your main full-time job? The quality is just amazing..... every single aspect. I'm only asking because it's hard to believe it's this damned good if it's not your full-time, main focus. And, if you guys do have other, full-time jobs, quit them lol!

I am troubled by the efforts to keep Craig Minogue in prison via legislation passed after his crime was committed, including singling him out by name in proposed laws. Such "ex post facto" and "bill of attainder" laws are prohibited in the U.S. constitution; they seem to politicize the judicial process and invite governmental abuse. While I'm not sympathetic to the effect on Minogue himself, I'd be worried about "ends justifying the means" arguments in justifying what is being done. What do you think?

Not a question for the AMA, no reason to read my dumb words, just want to thank you for recommending Nerdlinger, Violent Soho, and Local Resident Failure, etc. Damn, it’s like you all got these tunes of angsty alt and melodic punk, 10+ years after the states had their break, but you’re cranking out modern, higher quality stuff!! Can’t stop spinning “A Breath of Stale Air” and “Are you gonna eat that?”. “No Touch Red” and “Back to Winnipeg!” are also in high rotation. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! ❤️ Cheers!

Casey I’ve heard you mention Blink 182 a few times now, I’ve been a huge fan since the dude ranch album but my favourite album is TOYPAJ so my two questions are what’s your favourite album & what’s your all time favourite song. I honestly have about three and they’re all off the TOYPAJ album!

In regards to the Toy Box Killer and all of the trophies from unidentified victims. Do you really think he killed upwards of 40 people, considering that no bodies have been found? Or are these trophies from women whose memories he "wiped clean" with drugs as he did Kelli Garrett?

Have you heard Karen and Georgia mention you on My Favorite Murder? They use you as a reference often. Whenever they mention you I scream, “I love them!” Sometime I forget other people can’t hear what I hear through the earbuds. 🤣
