Nestled in the centre of a clearing hidden amongst tall birch and pine trees was a small, light-coloured A-frame tent. Ruth Koli had spotted it as she wandered through the glade with her five-year-old daughter. The secluded campsite overlooked Lake Bodom’s clear and tranquil waters from a vantage point along the eastern peninsula. The tent itself was not an unusual find.

Wow, what a ride! Great writing on this one.

Loved the line about how as the weather turned cold, so did the case. As a journalist, I adore good writing.

Cameron DelaCerna

Narrative execution is flawless, as usual. Incredible storytelling and deeply tragic as well

Cameron DelaCerna

Oh, also, that was the most punctuated "cliffhanger-esque" ending in casefile history, in my opinion. So good!!!

Kathy Watson

Wow, just wow! Fascinating story: well written and well told.

This was a really well done episode. I have found some of the recent episodes quite hard to follow but this one had some especially great writing and structure. A tragic story definitely.

Corrina Graham

Wow! Just wow. Tragic story, well presented. Thank you

Greetings from Sweden. Really surprised to hear about the Bodom murders here. Happy that you're open to sharing international cases! A very good job on this episode. (Also, a good job on most Nordic names!)
