 Quinn is a bit of shock. Everything is stunning. 

We'll be posting one panel of the Looking for Roommate comic everyday this month. We are following the story of Quinn as he looks for a new place to live. Hopefully a place open to his desire to be the woman he truly is.

I Suppose as a Brit I don't automatically understand the "roommate" term... am I right in thinking that, at Quinn's old place or the prospective new location, he wouldn't be actually sharing a bedroom, he'd just be sharing the apartment - what in Britain we'd call a "flatmate"? I guess that "apartmentmate" would be a bit clumsy. The new penthouse obviously has plenty of room for more than one bedroom, with those stairs visible, going to a different level - but that's another storey!

Yeah, with American terms roommate = flatmate. If they are sharing a single room, term is still roommates.
