Discord Link (Patreon)

It's been brought to my attention that the Discord link on my welcome notes was wrong.  The TEXT was correct, but the actual link was still pointing to an old one that was no longer working.

It's just a small server for chatting or chilling out or talking about games or whatever.  Come on in!
