Omg Finally! I am really enjoying this journey with you guys and can't wait for the next episode which has my favorite stage Why!! Although BoA sounds harsh, she is trying to take it seriously and give genuine advice (i know you are aware of it and I enjoy when you are feeling the trainees' emotions:)), and probably this information can help you understand her more: after the team has set up, she becomes a part of the production team and helps the members in every aspect of getting ready for the albums until nowadays (maybe she was set to be like this since the show started, so that could be the reason why she tried to be more harsh and give more advice). Recently she had an interview and said that the juniors that she cherishes and cares the most is NCT WISH, and the very first thing SION mentioned in his recent speech was about BoA that he would like to thank her for the constant supports. And also, most of the members from 2nd generation are very fluent in Japanese because back then "going abroad" for famous Kpop idols meant releasing albums and doing variety shows and concerts in 'Japan'. That is why BoA, TVXQ members, Super Junior members, SNSD members, and SHINEE members are fluent in Japanese. The biggest foreign K-pop market is still Japan (in terms of the fandom or the people who spend a lot of money, it can be China but since they cannot held concerts or do a lot of shows freely there + political restrictions between Korea and China), and BoA and TVXQ were the ones who opened up that path.
