so happy to see you decided to go ahead with chans room!! ive seen some episodes but definitely not all so going through this together will be so fun. i really wish i was a stay in this era and couldvd watched them blow up. the wow intro 😭 the cringe is palpable lmao their dynamic and friendship is so pure man like how lucky were they to find each other when they did 🥲♥️

I was ready to leave a comment and link about Runner's High but I decided to wait and see if you figured it out! Glad you did and look forward to the performance reaction or your thoughts if you decide to watch it on your own! Just for a little background like they mentioned these were mixtapes that they uploaded to soundcloud, yes they were soundcloud rappers, and a Korean hip-hop forum (hiphople) without the knowledge of JYPE. They even did a couple of live performances at open mics and clubs/ small music venues where they showcased unknown artists. Although they had some fans as trainees due to the JYP trainee showcases they host yearly. Not sure at what point JYPE became aware of what they were doing but once they were on track to debut/ did the survival show, all the tracks obviously became more well known and now there are color coded lyrics and reaction videos by them of some of the songs. They are also uploaded to the official 3racha YT and they even have an official 3racha IG. It is a common thing on twitter to quote their forum post ("Hello. This is Teen Crew, 3RACHA.") every time they achieve something to show how far they have come. I really wanted for 3racha to redo WOW, you know like maybe alter the cringey lyrics a bit to reflect them today, but without loosing the goofy elements. It's just that I listened to it so much cause of the jokes on the boys, that I ended up attached, I need it Spotify.

39:00 For context, Changbins song 은석이 is about bullying, peer pressure and depression. It's a heavy song with a lot of emotion. That's why they calmed right down and talked about the story being really dark. I'm glad Changbin has always been willing to make songs on these topics but boy those lyrics hurt.

Their performance of runners high was done at the jyp trainee showcase and was one of the performances they did at the same time of the survival show, hence why they said it was their “introduction”. I was obsessed with that performance as a baby stay (still am lol) and someone else already mentioned it but Seungmin did part of it on a weekly idol episode and absolutely killed it 😆
