As always, your reaction was thoroughly enjoyable. I just want to point out that Renee Zelwegger, whom you both seem to like, is in another sports/family movie I have been flogging forever on this channel: Cinderella Man (2005).

Thanks for catching the misspelling. Whenever I type in "Renee," the next word suggested is "Zelwegger," so apparently I have been consistently misspelling her name for quite a while.🙄

O.K., my sarcasm meter seems to have failed. So let me clarify. I am a huge fan of Cinderella Man, with tour de force performances by Russell Crowe and Paul Giamatti. Never been a big fan of Renee Zellweger, although I think she performed well in Cinderella Man. As for the value of my opinions, I have been unable to sell any reactors on Cinderella Man, so that speaks for itself.

I agree that you both would love Tin Cup, another sports rom-com. Even though it’s not a rom-com, I also think you both would enjoy The Legend of Bagger Vance, another sports movie with romance in it.
