Hoppy almost Easter Peeps ;)

How is everyone this week? I hope you all had a great weekend, I got to run to Vegas with 10 of my beautiful cousins (and Carly) to celebrate my cousin’s bachelorette weekend. It was (a little sunny) a lot of delish food and lots of fun girl talk with ladies I adore and admire. I feel renewed!

We are going out of town this week for my kiddos spring break, so this week it will just be one release on patreon, but back to normal next week with Mando 5&6, The Departed and Timothy Dalton’s The Living Daylights!

I’m also going to post a Western Poll this week, Im in the mood for a good one after loving Tombstone and reading some comments on the last Mandalorian post! I was waiting on the Pierce B Bond poll until it got a little closer to watching time, that time is now, so that will be coming up as well!

Is it “spring break” where you are? Anyone heading out of town? Either way I hope you can enjoy some actual spring, unless you live in Utah, where Santa is on his way 😭

Have an eggcelent week bunnies!

PLEASE include Silverado on the Western poll, you’d love it!

Michael Lynch

A great western to watch is open range. It’s got Robert Duvall and Kevin Costner and it’s just so good.

R Harper

You're not doing Roger Moore's, The Spy Who Love Me?

Choof

I think that's the lone patreon reaction this week

Tim Raths

My spring break will be next month when I take my long awaited trip to London. I am so looking forward to it. 🇬🇧

R Harper

10 ladies seven blondes guessing that blonde runs in your family!

Tim Raths

Can’t wait for your Dalton Bond reactions and The Departed which is one of my favorite Scorsese films.

Yer in my city I see! Have fun, don't lose too much cash!

2023-04-04 03:41:28 So glad you had fun, and much deserved R & R. My easter baskets are on the way... Probably will be fun treats for when you all return. Looking forward to a future Livestream unboxing? And lots more snack reviews! The Depahted is a fantastic film Cassie, no more violent than John Wick, actually, much less, but with an incredible cast, great acting, and compelling plot. I think you'll enjoy it! Spring is coming like a storm front! 🌷🌹🌻⛈️🌂🌩️

Geez. Is everyone in your family beautiful?

Stranger2Reality

I absolutely love Din Tai Fung! It's one of my favorite restaurants, and the one near me is always packed, requiring reservations a week or two in advance. Hope you guys had a great meal.

Steven Ashford

Yes it is spring break here. Staying home taking care of the farm. We adopted another goat. 7 weeks old. Anyway, have a great Easter!

SeanATX

Lonesome Dove in the western poll! It is a tv mini series (four 90 minute eps), but so sooo good. Tommy Lee Jones, Robert Duvall.

James1035

Glad to see you had a great time with your cousins in Vegas. Enjoy your spring break with your family. The Departed is a great movie. I’ve seen that movie so many times. Living Daylights is a solid Bond entry as well.

Ahmad Zain

Love your reactions, and have a fun spring break if you get the chance please watch Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani it's an Indian movie and I assure u and carry would love this movie

Wyatt Nuxoll

OPEN RANGE !! for the win , even if it somehow doesn't win the poll , you should put it on your must watch list. I'm sure you and Carly will enjoy it . Along with Lonesome Dove, amazing westerns

Aaron Ritchie

I wonder what you’ll think of The Living Daylights. It’s in my top three Bond films, and Dalton is my favourite Bond.

Jesus F Christ

For a modern western I'd recommend Hell or High Water starring Chris Pine, Ben Foster, & Jeff Bridges (The Dude). For a western I bet both you and Carly would like I'd recommend Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid starring Robert Redford, Paul Newman, & Katharine Ross (Sam Elliot's wife) Please add Apocalypse Now to the next War Movie Wednesday poll. Safe travels!

Mike LL

The two Westerns I want to see are Open Range (modern) and The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance (classic). Costner. Duvall. Bening. Wayne. Stewart. Miles. That says it all.

Mike LL

Re-watching the Ben-Hur reaction this weekend, probably Sunday. That will make my day. Chicken Masala will live again!

Ronny Boss

Does your family have viking blood? Because every one of y'all are beautiful For the westerns my suggestions they are all over the place. The miniseries Broken Trail (I believe you would love the most), and Lonesome Dove is a classic. Movie suggestion is Quigley Down Under (it's a western in Australia) and a TV show Deadwood is amazing

Dave

Have a wonderful break with the fam - that's a good lineup for the week, thanks to you and Carly and Ben for being the best in the biz!

kaiielle

Enjoy the break Cassie! You deserve some time off.

Robert da Spruce

The Easter puns are flying fast and furious! 😂 Congrats to your cousin on her upcoming nuptials! You ladies look like you had a great time! Have a great trip with the family Cassie! No spring break vacation for me unfortunately. ☹️ Looking forward to your Bond reaction though! Have a great Easter!

David Freese

I'll finally will have a reason to watch the 10 Commandments full reaction finally. Only a year late. 😂

Gábor Árki

We have Easter Friday and Monday off as national holidays. Additionally, elementary and high schools have a few more days off as spring break. We will be visiting my parents and my brother is going to introduce a new family member, a puppy called Yoda. First time someone, even in the extended family, is having a dog. Let's say my mother is not too happy about this. Long story short, my brother is working for a company who organized the shipping of 3 puppies, but Canadian authorities denied their entry suspecting illegal activities because the addressee already had multiple puppies sent to them over the past year. The sender refused to pay for return shipping to Hungary, so lack of other options authorities wanted to put them down. But the shipping company decided to cover the costs if someone is willing to take them in. My brother and his girlfriend decided to adopt one of them and two of his coworkers are taking in the other ones. Happy Easter and safe travels!

She said in another post she meant to have it on this one but forgot. So probably for the next one.

Stick Figure Studios

At last we're getting the SPY WHO LOVED ME reaction. I know you and Carly already watched/enjoyed it and I'm not surprised as it is widely considered Moore's best Bond movie. A couple things of note about it: it is the last time you'll see Bernard Lee playing "M." He did one more Bond movie (MOONRAKER) before passing away and was replaced by Robert Brown (who you'll see in the first Timothy Dalton Bond movie THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS, but more on that film later). It's also the last time you'll see Lous Maxwell as Moneypenny. She continued to play the role throughout Moore's run. When Dalton was cast as Bond, they cast a new Moneypenny as well (Caroline Bliss). You will still see Desmond Llewellyn as "Q" for a while though. The opening ski stunt is my pick for the best Pre-title sequence in the whole series (at the film's London premiere, Price Charles stood up and saluted at that moment), the main title song "No ody Does It Better" is also the best of the whole franchise and Richard Kiel's Jaws is the best henchman of them all imo. Can't wait to see your reaction.

Jayson Phillips

No Moonraker? That's the film that Black Widow was watching in her trailer even!

Bruce C Snell

I live in Vegas and can't believe any of you thought it was warm enough to wear so little clothing. :-) I'm a desert rat and anything below 70 degrees is just cold. :-) By the way, that's a good-looking family you've got there.

Get ready for a high f word count on the departedz

Are all the women in your family pretty?

Stuart Guthrie Jr.

Glad you had a good time in Vegas. Hope you have a great spring break

Wow. Pristine waters in that gene pool!

Bill W

mikethemotormouth Reminds me of Vincent Price as Egghead in the Batman tv show.

Dean Holt

How you had a great time, I know it’s too late now but for Easter you could have done a Rabbit related movie. Like Who Framed Roger Rabbit if you haven’t already see it. Or Con Air as that also has a Rabbit in it 😂😂 if you know you know 😂😂

Steve Barrett

Glad you had a good break. How was “din thai fung”? I had never heard of it - chain evidently. And there’s one near me here in Boston area, maybe I’ll give it a try….

Game of Thrones? I suggested but got shot down. She thought it was too lengthy. :(

Mike LL

She has mentioned both Planet of the Apes and Star Trek.

Björn Karlsson

Hmmm.... 🤔 There are (I think) seven non-english movies from Europe on top 1000 on popcorn request. 😉🤔😄

Ian Cano

I wonder if she'll do Star Trek polls like the Bond polls: Top 2 poll winners for the original cast movies, TNG movies and the new movies.

Steve Barrett

Personally, I’d like to see more Oscar nominated movies. I have a low tolerance for too many action movies, but I do understand that action/horror genre’s are the driving force for her channel. I’m fine with action that has a reasonable plot….but that’s less and less in Hollywood these days…. I’ll deal regardless, half the motivation here is Cassie/Carly personalities and interactions with each other.

Steve Barrett

If she ever does another dual watch with another channel, I could see her getting along with another Canadian: Jen Murray.

Dazman

It actually looks like Popcorn and Jen Murray are getting to the Dalton Bond films at about the same time!

Bill W

I like Jen's sister Tara (Tara Tunes In) as well.
