if you have not heard already, Apple will be charging you a 30% fee for using the Patreon App on Apple products. To avoid this, Don't use your iPhone to change your pledge tier. Folks who are already here will be unaffected. And of course if you use your web browser to change your pledge amounts, you will also be unaffected.
