23:00 Honestly, there's probably a good chunk of the fandom that hasn't seen Dragon Ball either (at least on the U.S. side of things). I've seen plenty of long time fans refer to the franchise collectively as Dragon Ball Z bc that's the only series they bothered watching/reading of the 4. DBZ was the first series that blew up in the west, so many fans I know definitely watched things out of order growing up.

Yea i think most people state side mostly stick to Abridged and what comes afterward and dont bother to go onto the deep end for dragon ball.

I watched Dragonball after DBZ, and I absolutely loved it. You might be surprised at how much there is to still enjoy even though it's not in chronological order
