Have you noticed that each of the better known persona games (3-5) all had their own color schemes? Everything relating to P3 is Shades of Blue and White. Everything relating to P4 is yellow and Black, and everything relating to persona 5 is Red and Black! (Although I notice many things relating to persona 2 are shades of Purple, though I'm unsure if that was intentional)

Persona 4 being the happiest of the bunch is kinda like the song Hey ya by comparison. In hey ya, the visuals are all colorful and distracting making you ignore the lyrics which hold a deeper meaning. Kinda like persona 4. It's all sunshine and colorful distracting you from finding the truth.
