Thanks to all the suggestions over the past week, both on the post as well as via private messages. I wasn't able to include everyone's suggestions, but I hope you feel there's plenty of choice here! I had to make small alterations to some suggestions (I try to avoid identity death, for example).

ALTS & Epilogues

Alternate: Spy Swap: What if Fiona didn't escape the the Tiresias Cradle due to malfunction of her explosive and ultimately gave in? Becoming Sebastian's Trophy wife and ruling the world at his side while trapped internally inside as her Agency is destroyed.

Alternate: Elevator Troubles: What if Pete had a co-conspirator in the company and changed the target of the nanite signal to Nathan, Shaun, Ravi and Lee, leaving them as his curvaceous bimbo stereotype harem? The father/daughter pair, now both fueled by a competitive drive to become Rob's perfect lover, both transform even further and end up as a pair of bad girl lovers who just can't resist the motorcycle-riding man, and constantly strive to outdo each other.

Alternate: Going Green: The story of Umar at the beginning Going Green. The new half-orc woman must contend with her busty Amazonian body, being hunted by anti-orc mercenaries, and ultimately finding refuge with an orc tribe, falling in love and then becoming pregnant by their chief.

Epilogue: Going Green: Umar's two friends decide to stay in the world of Erutell, which also means becoming a pair of new fantasy races themselves! What do they each become? A sexy dark elf? Epilogue: Wishboned: Lucy is spending Christmastime and New Years in her hometown with her hometown boyfriend, Matt, and his family. We catch with Lucy and her life since she was transformed into a college girl from a small town, including her new family. Meanwhile, Eve, Matt's older sister and Lucy's girlfriend from her old life, has brought home a new boyfriend, who's as bad if not worse the Lucas/Lucy was. The boyfriend breaks a wishbone from the Christmas turkey, making a wish and gets turned into Lucy's 15 year old younger sister, with only Lucy remembering anything was ever different.

Epilogue: Turning into my Girlfriend’s Mom: Zeynep, Zehra and Hasad are in the hospital celebrating the birth of her and Hasad newborn child when they suddenly get a visit from the former Zeynep now Peter who comes to give them a genuine apology

Epilogue: A Beach, A Bully, & A Bimbo: What are Cindy and Jackson up to now? Maybe Cindy still has a little bit of her male brain left under her compulsions and is struggling to come to terms with a pregnancy? Maybe Jackson wants to propose and keep his little bimbo under his thumb forever?

It's Christmas time and he's feeling lonely, wishing he could have a family of his own. On Christmas Eve, while sleeping, 3 burglars (two guys, one woman) in their 20s break into his home to rob it. He decides to bribe the clinic and his doctor with a generous donation to influence the bullies changes how he wants and drive him into his arms. He's transformed from the 6"6' former basketball star alpha male african american into the 5"2' ridiculously curvy ditzy bimbo trophy wife that loves to please her man with her big juicy lips and enormous booty.

My Kind of Christmas Elves (Multi Sexy Elves TG): As part of his probation for misuse of magic, a lecherous old wizard has to play the role of a mall Santa. However, since this is unsupervised, he decides to make it more enjoyable for himself by making the mall employees who are helping him into curvy bimbo Christmas Elves for as long as they are on his shift, returning to normal as soon as he clocks out with no memory of what occurred.

Prototype (Skinsuit MtF Amazonian TG): A research and development lab has created a prototype skinsuit with the function of augmenting and accelerating the body's natural healing process via nanotech, meant to heal people suffering from any kind of disability or ailment unable to be cured via conventional means. A recently disabled military veteran has volunteered to be the first subject for the suit to be used on, desperate for a chance to regain the normalcy his life once had. However, during the prep work before putting the suit on the man, one of lab technicians was accidentally lax in maintaining a sterile environment for the suit, leading to the suit also carrying traces of her DNA samples. This leads to test subject being turned into a taller, bustier, amazonian, statuesque version of the lab tech, Fortunately for the lab, the test subject doesn't really seem be concerned all that thanks to the nanomachines subtly altering her mental state, Unfortunately it does nothing to save the lab tech from having to deal with a taller, more fit and beautiful version of herself walking around much to her embarrassment and consternation.
