You’re so right about Theon being annoying—hes tries to hard and just ends up whiney…there isn’t really any redeeming qualities about him, so nothing to really root for when it comes to him

The story is about to get sooooo good! I can't wait to see her reactions to the next few episodes. My heart broke for Sansa in this episode. You realize that the Hound is not really a bad guy, he's just doing what everyone else is doing, surviving.

Unfortnuately people Like to hate on Sansa's character, because she represents everything many women nowadays want to distance themselves from: the girly princess archetype that oozes for a man. In the process of not wanting to identify with that "kind of girlhood", they forget that there are girly girls and dreamers and believers in fairytales, in this world too. There is nothing wrong with that. When haven't we ever been a bit rude and unfair with our parents? Kids lash out, specially when they were used to being spoiled and protected their whole lives. Sansa's little girls phantasy world, where a Prince in a White horse comes to save her, pretty much gets crashed by seeing her fathers head role before her eyes. Fans really need to cut her some slack, regardless of how cringey they feel about her character flaws early in the series. No one's perfect at 13. Not even as an adult. Lmao

The only issues I had with Sansa, in the beginning, were her blindness to anything but her desires, her unwillingness to see things for what they are until it's too late, and the way she treated Ned and Arya. After Ned died, I slowly started to soften on Sansa. I don't feel sorry for Theon at all. True, he was put into a crazy situation, but the Starks treated him far better than his father ever did or could, considering his personality. His betrayal is disgusting, but karma has a way of humbling people, and it's coming for Theon after what he's done. The whole Renly getting murdered by the smoke Stannis baby thing was bonkers crazy, but at least Brianne and Catelyn got out of there in time. Dany is still young, and she's having to learn how to lead people and navigate being a potential ruling noble on the fly, and that's gonna come with a good amount of mistakes. I hope her assistant(?), maid(?) wasn't the one who took the dragons. Wildfire is GoT's version of Greek Fire. Once it's lit, it takes forever to burn out and the fire burns on any surface including water. Great reaction as always.
