Yay!! So excited :):):) I’m in the northwest and the winter definitely here, although the valleys still ain’t getting a lick of snow, it keeps disappearing. The mountains are full of powder though 🔥

“All because I couldn’t love a motherless child” so I wouldn’t say that all the stuff that befell them is directly about Jon. But not loving an innocent being and not keeping a promise to the Gods is the issue she spoke of, and I do somewhat think it could be that. This is one of the lines that actually hit me so hard. And I just felt for Jon so much in that moment too.

Great reaction!!! It’s been a minute since I’ve watched this on my own. I forgot how good Margery was at manipulating Joffrey. And how she is able to quickly assess what Joffrey was wanting to hear in that moment and adjusting. Olena is going to be the best character for the foreseeable future. She is just so good !!

Jaime and Brienne are everythinggg. Some of the best banter fr. Joffrey is honestly a fascinating character, he's the freaking worst, but a psychological examination of his brain would be super interesting lmao he's so sadistic and cruel, but somehow Margaery's taken control of the dynamic so easily and he doesn't have a clue. (I also didn't get the notification for this, but I get it for everything else you post, Patreon is crazy lol)

Regarding Catelyn, of course none of what happend was her fault, but I do understand why she still feels guilty. For people of faith, a promise to their God/gods is worth everything, and to her, she broke it, so "of course" the gods would "punish" her eventually for it... her statement is less about objective truth, and more about her feelings of guilt and despair, trying to find some reason or purpose to what is befalling them, in such a messed up war torn world. She is just trying to make sense of everything, in her own limited knowledge of the World that she has. Yes, it's a heavy and kinda deeply emotional scene.

I knew you would love the Tyrell’s! I think most people hated Jamie until we got the Jamie/Brienne combo and he started growing on us. I hate the Boston’s. Any family whose sigil is the flayed man is a no in my book.
