Basically the story behind this is centered around the new League of Legends Champion, Viego. He is able to possess people, so a lot of people have been drawing a lot of League Champions possessed in the Shadow Isles attire in sexual themes. So decided to do one for Rika along with a New Trinket, DayDream Journal, that basically creates any type of story depicted in a non canon way.
