Deadpool Wolverine TimeLapse (Patreon)

Last week a lot of you seemed to like the idea of TimeLapse Tuesday. So I'll do my best to keep up with that!

Here's one I'm sort of reluctant to share since it's slightly embarrassing watching me struggle with so much of it. I knew exactly what I wanted to draw when I sat down--so that was nice and unusual--but then I much too confidently rushed into it. I couldn't get Logan's face the way I wanted, his pose was causing symmetrical problems and I underestimated how awkward getting Wade to sit up there on him would be.

Eventually (after walking away and coming back to it) I just ended up redrawing over the entire thing and that's when it started to come together pretty quickly. Lesson here: sometimes don't rush it! Even for a "simple" little pinup like this one.

Happy with how it turned out in the end though. Only my second time drawing Wade! If I ever get around to a third, I think I'll finally have figured him out.
