In a sparkling cerulean sea, leagues away from the mainland, there lies an island. On most maps it seems small -- insignificant, even. But a guardian deity has favored this island: she protects it from danger in times of trouble.

"My sources are telling me that the islands' protectors have started to let down their guard," Zagotha says. "What I need now is someone on the inside." With one long, slippery tentacle, she reaches out towards your hooded face.

You firmly push the tendril away. "You need me to infiltrate the protectorate?"

Zagotha abruptly turns with a soft huff, pulling her tentacles back. "More than that. I need you to corrupt them. Earn their trust. Make them submit to you..." Here, you see her yellow eyes narrow again, and the tentacles on her shoulders writhe: another grin. "...in every way."

You nod casually...but beneath your hood, you're hiding a grin of your own. "I can do that," you say simply.
