Life update/what's been going on (somewhat important) (Patreon)

I'll copy/paste an excerpt from my commissions journal:

August was my catch-up month, I also planned for several bday gifts I had lined up which all fell into my schedule perfectly. Then mid-way through the month my roommate's PC dies. That went from "Oh the GPU seems to be toast" to "Oh the new GPU doesn't fit this case and this case fucking sucks, it's better to bite the bullet and transplant it into a new case". Then it was way more toast than just that and I ended up building a brand-new PC. He owes me from a previous time I spotted him and I spent a decent amount for his new PC. Plus all the time spent transplanting and then re-transplanting all the guts and building the final thing. I had to take on a couple of extra comms to make ends meet (this is a catch-up month, I'm already receiving way less money) but also about 4 workday's worth of time was spent trying to get him a PC on the cheap. That has set me back with August's queue which means one or two folk will have to wait till early September to get their August pic done.

This has also had an impact on the rate I put out Patreon content. I feel immense guilt when I fall back on work so I hope sharing this sheds light on my situation but also communicate I'm doing my best to balance having food and roof but also keep the flow of art going.

I'm aware I need to get the poll up, the mental strain is just getting to me.
