Prompt Poll ANNOUNCEMENT! (Patreon)

Big news, everyone! PLEASE READ!

I am doubling up on my Prompt Poll, starting next month. Scroll down to the bottom for the TL;DR!

It's been something I've noticed starting to detract from my Patreon for a while now. Too many prompts, not enough opportunities. As the size of my Patreon has grown, I've gotten more and more suggestions and guaranteed prompts each week. 

While that's ebbed and flowed at times, I've never been able to permanently lower the number of Prompts in the weekly Prompt Poll after being forced to raise it. First it was from five to six, then from six to seven, and then from seven to eight. With some end of the month polls being as many as ten-twelve prompts long!

That all said, it definitely took some time, as well as some juggling of my schedule and rearranging of the other things I'm working on, but I've finally done it. I've got the free space to be able to bring you guys TWO Weekly Prompt Polls each week, instead of just one.

The way this will work is relatively simple. Each Prompt Poll will have room for five prompts (unless its the end of the month, which will still have unlimited room) and both Prompt Polls will run at the exact same time, from Sunday night to Thursday midday. Both will end on Thursday at 12 PM Pacific Time, at which point I will calculate the votes on each and then post the Poll Results as always.

The difference is, there will be two Polls running side by side, and that means two Poll Winners. One Poll Winner will still go up on Friday like usual. The other will go up a day later, on Saturday to spread the love a little bit and give each piece some room to breathe at the top of my Patreon. Then, when Sunday night rolls around, we'll do it all over again!

With two Prompt Polls that each have five options on them, this will allow for ten total prompts to be submitted each week. Hopefully, this will allow for a few more suggestions from $5 patrons, but as always, there will be no guarantee on that. I am also currently considering making new tiers at the $20 and $25 price points in order to offer people the ability to have 3 and 4 guaranteed prompts per month in line with my already existing $15 tier, since we're going from four polls a month to eight!

Still, with this there should be more of a chance for some prompts to win the poll that might otherwise not have. I will be the one curating which prompts go into which poll, which means I will not be taking requests from people to put their prompts in a specific poll or avoid putting them with other certain prompts. 

I'll be experimenting with it at first, so I might try to put all prompts featuring one setting like DxD or Naruto in only one poll one week, and I might try spreading them out the next. I might try to split them between Western and Eastern prompts another week, or Anime and Non-Anime the next.

Mostly, just letting you all know that starting July 4th (funny how that worked out) I will be doubling up on my Prompt Poll!
