I struggled with the context and caption for this one: whether it was the real Nora, or someone dressed as Nora/general Fallout costume for Halloween. In the end, I landed with some real Nora succumbing to radioactive effects of some Rad Drag Candy, getting a bimbo drag makeover in the process~!
