I wanted to paint small portrait of Astra for Youtube this time, but it turned out I haven't recorded the last part of it.

I still needed something for youtube, and I remembered that I was asked multiple times about how I would approach painting more cartoonish character in my style, so I decided to paint one of cartoon moms. Judy Neutron, the mom of Jimmy Neutron.
