We have to talk about the firing! I was conflicted because I know that Naisha did a wrong thing and though all the girls shared content, sharing an original song is wrong. Don't play with NDA's, firing her was better than paying damages.

BUT let's be real, they let her go because they didn't value her regardless. She was on the verge of being cut anyway and this was a good opportunity to scare the rest of the girls into action. Do you remember that friends' episode where Monica hired joey to fire him, so her employees respected her authority more.

Manaon occupied her spot - charismatic with limited training/skills but she is much more charismatic. If Manon, Sophia or Megan did the same they would get a talking to and that's it.

Also the spotlight of all-rounders this episode was interesting. I may be reading too much into it because we know the final lineup but Megan and Adela are both all-rounders yet Megan makes it why? - she is much much more carefree. Her brightness is moldable and fits the K-pop model much more. I understand Adela saying she is gripped by fear and am inspiring that she still puts herself forward - one of my life motto's is do it afraid.
