This is for Nick’s question regarding karthus R, you can buy the item Zhonya’s Hourglass or its component item Seekers Armguard, their active is you turn into gold and become untargetable for like 2 seconds or something, if u time it you can avoid the Karthus R, also not sure if this items good on lux but u can also build Seraph’s (idk if i spelled it right). When seraph’s is fully upgraded you will get a big ass shield if the damage u were gonna take was gonna kill u/put u at a low percent

South African here, going to Cape Town definitely doesn't count. Our national anthem is made up of multiple languages, the last part being English. We have 11 official languages and the anthem is composed of 5 languages. The first one that you'll heard was isiXhosa (the X is a clicking sound), then isiZulu, Sesotho, Afrikaans and then English. The name of the anthem and the first line of it Nkosi Sikelel iAfrika means God bless Africa. Cape Town is great if visiting South Africa but Joburg and Durban are also fairly fun if you want to get to know the people. And going to like Kruger national park or the other safari areas are great.

You guys probably don't see this in LA but it's notable to me as someone who works retail in the northeast. when it starts getting colder, the dogs show up a lot less. Kind of hurts the argument that they can't be left home alone or they're therapy dogs or whatever.

I think the argument about dogs healthcare going up is a lot of 21-35 year olds are getting dogs instead of having children cause it’s cheaper than raising a whole child in this economy but still get the feeling of fathering / mothering something every day.

Medically things in the veterinary world have advanced sooo much but up until probably the 90s people didn't feel like their dogs were "family", just pets in their house they took care of. They had kids and parents and jobs to worry about.

I think Aiden is completely correct here. My grandparents that lived in a farm all their lives view animals and pets solely as tools to use. Sure, they can love them, but not in the way younger generations due. My cousin spent 7k he didn't have on surgery for his cat, that's a new phenomenon sociologoically. To care so much you put yourself at financial risk to give them more life. People refer to their pets as their kids and spent obscene amounts of money on them just because
